Who I am

About me

I began my career in Caracas and have worked in Madrid since 2019, between Europe and Latin America.

What I've learned along the way is that the law is rarely the problem. The problem is usually the conversation that wasn't had in time, the stakeholder nobody mapped, the clause that was signed without asking what would happen if things didn't go well.

That's why I work this way: up close, with no intermediaries, understanding the business before drafting anything.

Since 2007, between two continents

Since 2007, I have worked alongside companies, founders and executives through some of the most important, and often most complex, moments of their projects. But over time I came to understand that my work has never been only about contracts, companies or negotiations. My work is about people. About decisions. About building something that can stand the test of time.

I began my career in Venezuela, among courtrooms, case files and long conversations, where I learned that the law does not exist apart from reality. Later, Europe broadened my perspective: Madrid and its international transactions, corporate structures, companies growing across different countries and cultures. And through it all, I confirmed something I still believe deeply: the law makes sense when it helps bring order to chaos, create clarity and make movement possible.

I'm fascinated by how businesses work, but also by what happens behind the scenes. The doubts nobody voices. The tension of a negotiation. A founder's instinct before taking an important step. The silence in a room before an agreement is closed.

I work closely, directly and strategically because I believe trust cannot be delegated. And because the real value of a legal advisor often lies not only in identifying risks, but in helping others move forward with more confidence and perspective.

Today I work from Madrid, supporting companies and founders across Europe and Latin America. And I still see the law the same way: as a bridge between ideas and reality, between vision and structure, between risk and opportunity.
